Dr. Inna Berin was fine and courteous. However, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. I, as most people coming in, was coming for fertility issues which is a personal and disheartening issue to begin with. When I walked into the stained-carpeted office, the office manager was training in a new girl. The new girl was kind by actually acknowledging me after I just stood there for awhile staring and waiting for someone to help me. However as soon as the new girl said hello the office manager briskly said "We will be with you as soon as we can." If I had a client come in who was possibly going to be paying 10-15 thousand dollars on IVF, she would be my first priortity. Or at least acknowledge her and say hello. Dr. Berin was fine, as I said, however after the appointment she had me wait for the nurse to go over next steps. It took another 20 minutes of me waiting in the lobby and when I finally got to her she seemed to not even know the specifics of my case and what my next steps were. There seems to be a terrible lack of communication here and a poorly thought out routine for the patients. I will not be coming back.
