“I was seen promptly. My insurance was accepted. There was a bit of a communication problem where I had to ask the doctor to repeat his question, but it is unclear what was the cause (poor acoustics and mic, accent, my hearing…). I felt Dr. Omale was listening and asked pertinent queations.
I previously booked (on Zocdoc) with another specialist who was listed as accepting my insurance, but it turned out not he did not accept it.”

Dr. Innocent Omale, DNP, holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Capella University and a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. He also earned his Master’s in Family Nursing from South University. He is dual board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner, with years of clinical experience in treating psychiatric disorders. His practice specialties include depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance abuse, and men’s health.
