“Dr. Kreizman was very pleasant and amicable. He let me ask any questions I had and answered them with clarity. I genuinely liked his bedside manner and his candidness. My only complaint is the wait time and the front desk receptionist. I’m always boggled when I’m met with a cold, unfriendly receptionist. Receptionist did not greet me, I had to greet her first, I had to tell her I was a new patient, I had to ask for the wait time, and she barely made eye contact with me; I felt ignored. My appointment was for 9:45 and I was seen around 11:15; this is an issue I find with many offices and I don’t appreciate this system. With all this being said, Dr. Kreizman was great and friendly, I felt comfortable and I’ll return there when need be (and if I’m in no rush).”

Great doctor awesome staff
Verified patient
Outcome of treatment was totally satisfactory.
Doctor is very kind and treats patients well. but the problem is long wait time. the time of appointment is almost meaningless.
Verified patient
The visit went well however booking through zocdoc did not work. Although I received confirmation the office knew nothing about my appointment. It was good I called first and had to go a half hour later. Luckily they had an opening.

Good experience

This is the third time that I visited Dr. Kreizman in the last 12 years. He worked miracles on my knees, ditto on the many friends that I recommended.
They took care of me right away and made me feel like I've been coming there for year's. Today was my first time and I will definitely be back ??
Verified patient
Very good
The office was way too busy and space was cramped as I walk with a walker and there was barely any room to maneuver it. There was little to no interaction with the Doctor & everything seemed a little rushed. (Perhaps because it's Thanksgiving tomorrow? ... Dunno.) I am currently staying at my Mother's house & will only be going here for a couple of months while my apartment in Manhattan is being rebuilt after a Fire. I will be seeking out another Pain Management Clinic as soon as I return to New York. This place Rates a 3 out of 10 for me. I will see if my experience improves after my follow up in 2 weeks. But until then, my opinion of this practice stands.

Dr. Kreizman has been so friendly and helpful. I suffer with debilitating migraines. The injections have been helping a lot. So Glad to have found him and the staff are great too!
Verified patient
I came in with debilitating back pain. He diagnosed the issue, gave me shot. The next morning I woke up and the pain was gone. First time in a years.
Verified patient
He is always courtious and in a greqt mood
Verified patient
I wish they explained procedures and side effects a little more. But he was very professional, knowledgeable and incredible bedside manners which is very hard to find now days.
As always it is a pleasure to see Dr. Kreizman and his office staff. Everyone treats you so amazingly well and has tremendous care for your well being. The wait is long, but that is because they take their time with each patient and make sure all your needs are met before you leave. Bring something to read or listen to music and the wait won’t seem so bad. Before I started seeing Dr. Kreizman I could barely stand up straight when I woke up in the morning. I would have to walk hunched over most of the morning. Having a 4 year old does not allow me the luxury to sit in bed all day as I would want to do because the pain was so excruciating. After my first visit I started to feel better and then even better after the next and the next. I am not 100 percent pain free and perfect, but Dr. Kreizman and his staff have given me my life back and I am so tremendously grateful for that. Thank you!!!!!
Verified patient
It’s always a pleasure seeing Dr. Kreizman. He’s an amazing doctor!! The wait can be long, it depends on the day. It’s not terrible, the wait is worth it because Dr. Kreizman is worth it.
Verified patient
He is wonderful, and cares so much.
Verified patient
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kreizman for about 4 years now. While most of his reception staff is curt and, at times, downright rude and the wait time is usually atrocious (being a good book) the care he and the other doctor and PA provides is superb. He an extremely thorough doctor and thinks outside the box. He has a full diagnostic staff and anesthesiologist on site for every single appointment and utilizes them immediately when he feels it’s necessary. He’s a lighthearted man who enjoy his job as well as life in general. He has helped me in many many ways over the years and I will continue to see him until either I move too far from his offices, my insurance company not longer has him as a provider or I die.

Great dr very caring
Verified patient
He’s good at what he does but he doesn’t even meet with patients except for 30 seconds to give shots. But you have to look past that bc the treatments work.
Verified patient
Rushed me in and out. Didn't appreciate that
