I really felt validated and heard. He took extra time to really get to know me and my struggles. He offered guidance on tools and shared research to help me understand why some of my tools aren't working, and ways to help me OTHER than the meds along with them. I will be going back to him once some of my health issues are worked out with my primary care provider. Highly recommend!

I just want to say how grateful I am for J.R. today. It’s not every day you come across someone who really listens—not just to the words, but to what’s behind them. J.R. made me feel genuinely heard and understood. I didn’t feel rushed, brushed off, or like I was just another box to check.
He asked the right questions, gave thoughtful feedback, and held space in a way that made a real difference. I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and truly supported. J.R. did an incredible job, and I just want to say thank you.

It was very easy to get an appointment at this clinic. Everything was clear and I knew what to expect. JR is very easy to talk to and was able to help me continue with the medications I have been stable on for years. I'm glad I found JR. I definitely recommend him.

He knew why I was there to see him and told me that he can't prescribe the medication.I need together yet.Spent ninety minutes trying to prescribe anti psychotics and mood stabilizers and telling me to get off of the meds at work for me. If I wanted to get off of medicathen he would be working otherwise I feel like I will never get that ninety minutes back

I can't recommend JR highly enough. First, he just an all around great guy. He's sympathetic and listened to what I had to say. He found me the right combination of medications to get my life back on track. Cannot recommend JR or Reiff Mental Health enough.
