What should a new client know about working with you?

Some of the practices I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. I do not believe therapy is a one size fits all.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe you are your own unique individual and your therapy experience will be unique to you as well. Let’s work together to help you find your unique path!
