What should a new client know about working with you?

This is an offering to book an appointment. All appointments will be confirmed prior to the appointment (must book +24 hours in advance). In addition, all intake paperwork must be completed 24 hours prior to appointment. Payment for consultation must be paid 24 hours prior to appointment to confirm appointment. Please be aware this is a consultation only for new patients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Appointments will take place over 2 visits for adults and 3 visits for children and adolescents (if requiring controlled substances, an in-person visit is required.). Follow up visits will occur virtually only.

We do not accept insurance. We accept payment via cash, zelle, check. Fee Schedule and Payment Agreement Adult Initial Evaluation: This usually consists of two 45-minute sessions, review of records, correspondence with referring physicians, school or other agencies as requested, and administrative time. $1,200 Child Initial Evaluation: This usually consists of an initial 45-minute session with the parents alone, followed by an individual 45-minute session with the child/adolescent, and a 45-minute feedback session with the parents and child/adolescent together. This also includes any necessary review of records, correspondence with referring physicians, school or other agencies as requested, and administrative time. $2,000 Adult Individual Psychotherapy (45 Minute Session/15 Minute Administrative): $600 Adult Medication Management (20 Minute Session/10 Minute Administrative): $425 Child Individual Psychotherapy (45 Minute Session/15 Minute Administrative): $650 Child Medication Management (20 Minute Session/10 Minute Administrative): $475 Emergency Phone Consultation First 10 Minutes (During Business Hours) No Charge Subsequent 10 Minutes $100 Additional Administrative Time Outside Scheduled Session: Prescription refills outside of session time, Time spent obtaining prior authorizations, Coordination of care for emergencies, hospitalization, intensive outpatient, residential treatment, rehabilitation, etc., All forms (insurance, worker’s compensation, school, employer; doctor’s notes, letters, or reports) and chart reviews not filled out in session Per Hour (pro-rated) $600
