This was my first visit to the office. I traveled from NY because I had been dealing with symptoms for over a month and could not find availability closer to me. I was happy to have met Dr. Brunner's professional acquaintance. The PA Ana (sp?) took a fairly thorough history prior to Dr. Brunner coming in. Dr. Brunner himself got right to the business of my symptoms, duration, and severity. He then scoped my nose with the benefit of some lidocaine which I totally appreciated since other ENT's have approached this evaluative task with less sensitivity. He discussed a plan for managing my symptoms as well as a return visit, etc. for follow up. All said, I felt he gave me the same attention as a regular patient. He was kind, attentive and explained everything well. Highly recommend.

Great bedside manner, and helped validate that my symptoms were in fact a sinus infection by checking with a scope. Dr. Brunner came up with a resolution to help and I appreciated that he wanted me to schedule a 2 week follow up to make sure I’m getting better.
