About Jacqueline Flores
Jacqueline Flores is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience. She strongly believes in aligning comprehensive compassionate patient care with evidence based practice.
Jacqueline completed her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the UCLA School of International Development. During her studies she became acutely aware that women’s access to safe healthcare is crucial in
building healthy families and communities.
She graduated summa cum laude from Columbia University School of Nursing. Although she loves all aspects of women’s health she has particular interests in chronic pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, and the effects of trauma in women. She is most proud of her work as a sexual assault crisis counselor.
Jacqueline believes women should be empowered through knowledge of their unique bodies and have every right to make their own well-informed
reproductive choices.

I was pleasantly surprised.
I lost my job and had to go on Market insurance. Almost all my Drs and Dentist refused to take Healthfirst. So I had to get all new Drs. Some I will never go back to again!
But "Dr. Jacqueline Flores" - was wonderful. She answered my questions and help me understand what I was feeling, came up with a plan to help me.
I finally didn't feel like I was being brushed off because my health plan was the right one. Her staff was friendly and caring, from the front desk to triage.
I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring Professional who loves her field of work.
She has a patient in me for life.

I had a negative experience with a gynecologist in the past, so I was very nervous before my appointment. Dr. Florence was incredibly attentive and gentle - it was the most calm and careful exam I’ve ever had. I’d also like to highlight the front desk staff and the nurse who collected my information: they were very calm, welcoming, and kind. Importantly, they were very friendly and supportive toward non-native English speakers.

I've never had such a great GYN experience! She was super friendly and kind and listened carefully to the details of a complicated situation. She went out of her way to do research in real time to look into additional testing of a kind not usually offered with standard panels, and took it upon herself to contact a lab representative to request materials needed for additional non-standard lab tests. I felt heard, seen, taken care of, and taken care of respect and kindness. Could not recommend more highly.

I have never felt so comfortable at an OBGYN appointment. It is usually such an anxiety-inducing experience that the care and attention they paid almost made me emotional.

Best new-patient experience I’ve ever had in the US with an OBGYN. The staff were refreshingly friendly and helpful, and the nurse who did my initial intake was so kind and professional that I immediately felt safe and at-ease. The doctor arrived promptly and had *already* read through my chart/history, so we didn’t waste time going through it all again. The exam itself was quick and painless, but at no point did I feel rushed; the Dr allowed plenty of time for me to ask any questions, and she gave me thoughtful answers and options for treatment. Long story short, I felt very much like the Dr and staff cared about my comfort and wellbeing. Couldn’t ask for more.
