I did not realize until just before my appointment, that the office is in NY so I was glad I figured that out so I didn’t miss my appointment.
The office also called @ 0645 b/c of the time difference so I wish they were more cognizant of where people are located and the time difference.”

About Jaime Engholdt
Jaime Engholdt, PA-C, earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Mesa. She was a member of the world-class Otolaryngology department at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ, where her work focused on laryngeal transplant and laryngopharyngeal reflux and its impact on the voice and upper airway.
Jaime works closely with BlueSleep's Founder, CEO, and Medical Director Jordan Stern, MD, a founding member of the Sleep Technology Council of the National Sleep Foundation and a Director of Head and Neck Surgery at New York City Teaching Hospitals.

My appointment was scheduled for a specific time in the afternoon. 1 minute after that time, I got a phone call informing me that my appointment is cancelled. Highly, highly unprofessional and rude. I will be taking me medical needs elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Jaime was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I've been snoring and waking my partner for three years. She ordered a sleep test; gave me the results in two weeks and set me up to get a mouthguard. Really pleased with her care!
