About Jaime Kwok

I love food. Therefore, majoring in Dietetics at Queens College, City University of New York, where I completed both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees, just made sense. I received my BA in Didactics in 2004, and in 2008, my MS in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. Through 15 years of experience in multiple facilities, I'm ready to continue helping others better themselves, as I continue to do so on my own. My professional interests include diabetes, integrative/functional medicine, and sports nutrition.
With healthy living comes activity. I was on athletic teams from junior high school through high school and have continued my love of physical activity throughout my adult life. My Master's degree led me to earn my ACSM-CPT certification, where I have trained a multitude of individuals of all ages and skill levels for functional fitness, weight loss, self-discipline, and whatever their motivations may have been.

Jaime Kwok if a wonderful dietician. I had severe health challenges several years ago and she placed me back on track to live long life. I am forever grateful. Outstanding bedside manner with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend!
