Dr. James Bartay graduated in 1981 from The University Of Texas Medical School At Houston. He continued his medical training with his internship at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas and completed his residency at Central Texas Medical Foundation in 1984. He then worked at Su Clinica Familiar in Harlingen, Texas until 1988 when he opened his own practice in Hallettsville. He moved to New Braunfels in 1994 where he continues to practice family medicine. He is Board Certified in Family Practice and has extensive experience on a wide range of medical problems. He also has a specialty in opiod dependence treatment with Suboxone.
