Overall a great experience, but was marred by them not covering my insurance through Aetna. They were upfront about the price and how my insurance was not accepted there. This was really the fault of Zocdoc misleading me to think I was covered.

This has to be the best walk-in clinic experience I’ve ever had. I was able to get an appointment The office was super clean, everyone on staff was very friendly and thorough, and I felt extremely listened and attended to. Definitely going to be my go-to for any future “urgent care” needs.

Doc didn’t catch that my son had strep throat. Mentioned she would test for it and did not. He went an extra day with high fever and miserable, missing school and activities. Had to come back into the office and request a strep test. They charged me for both visits which is absurd but did make it right by reversing charge. Really enjoyed the nurse and doctor but overall not great experience for reasons mentioned above.

Everyone was so nice, friendly and listened to me with such empathy and understanding. They explained everything to me and led me through the process seamlessly. I would 100% recommend them to family and friends. They’ve gained a new patient. I will definitely continue to come to Carbon Health when I’m in need of immediate care. The same day appointments were so flexible.

Great experience! I was able to make a same day appointment, and was seen within minutes of my arrival. The staff were really nice and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor was awesome, didn’t feel rushed, listened to me and also explained after care very well to me and made sure I had a good understanding.
