Dr. Benz is a very knowledgeable, thorough and caring chiropractor. I came in for reoccurring neck pain and loss of mobility. He got me in the next day and I felt relief immediately. Over the following weeks he cured the pain and I haven’t had a problem since. This is the best my shoulders and neck haven’t felt in 5 years!

I wish all doctors were this great! I highly recommend Dr. Benz. He fixed everything. He is kind and full of knowledge. He communicated really clearly so I understood everything that was happening. I had no trouble getting follow up appointments and he took my insurance. I had very serious back issues and had no clue how I would manage going forward. He knew exactly what to do and it all worked out, now I am pain free and doing all the things I did before.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Benz after months of pain in my neck and lower back. I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I didn’t know what to expect, and Dr. Benz exceeded any expectations. Our first appointment he spent the majority of the time talking about my medical history, pain levels, pain locations, and my routines. He carefully explained my alignment issues and made sure I was comfortable before doing any adjustments. I felt like I was standing much taller after just one appointment and even had family members comment on my posture. In our following meetings Dr. Benz taught me several stretches and made sure I knew how to do them without his guidance, which was helpful. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment !!

I've gone to chiropractors before that do a quick adjustment and send you on your way. Dr. Benz is above and beyond, in a category of his own. He takes the time to understand and address your concerns. He leverages his expertise in physical fitness (no matter your fitness level) to tailor his approach to you and your body. I have had great results and near instant relief after seeing Dr. Benz. He has given me stretching and strength exercises that have really helped and he is very generous with his time and knowledge. Dr. Benz is all around great to work with -- 10/10 recommend.

Great chiropractor! Dr. Benz has treated my back using a range of chiropractic techniques. He customizes each treatment based on my pain level and needs, using adjustments, stretching, and/or physical therapy exercises. His demeanor is calm and empathetic, and it is easy to book appointments via phone, email or text.

Prior to seeing Dr. Benz, I was in severe back pain which I had never experienced before. A friend suggested I see a Chiropractor so I searched the internet on my insurance company's site for nearby in-network providers and found Dr. Benz. He had great reviews but I had no idea how spot on they were! Making an appt. to see Dr. Benz was one of the best decisions of my life. He made me feel right at home and so much better. BIG SHOUT OUT and thank you for curing me of my pain!

During my training for a 100 mile run, I had a session with Dr. James Benz about once a week. In our first session he performed a thorough assessment by examining my alignment, joint ranges of motion, and more. In the subsequent sessions we focused on spine, hip, and ankle adjustments, as well as massage therapy. I left every session with less tension and more range of motion. It’s a huge plus that he has a background in strength and conditioning. I finished my 100 mile race surpassing my time goal and minimal damage to my legs. I credit much of this to Dr. Benz and his work on me. I still work with him once a week to make sure my body feels great!

I trust his judgment and expertise and have had great results as his patient over many years. He is flexible with scheduling appointments and always on time. Dr. Benz is a great chiropractor. I have gone to him for a while now and each time he is attentive and thorough at resolving the issues presented. You will never feel rushed he will spend the time needed addressing the issue and explaining the process along the way.

I had been suffering from pain in my lower back and neck when I also developed "tennis elbow." Pain relievers weren't helping, so my husband suggested I visit his chiropractor, Dr. Benz. It turned out to be great advice! Dr. Benz listened attentively to my description of my discomfort in each spot and asked me good follow-up questions to help pinpoint the best approach. He took into consideration my whole lifestyle and the challenges I often face. I've been genuinely impressed with his treatment combination of massage, adjustments, taping, and exercises. I am grateful to be doing so much better and look forward to maintenance visits. I highly recommend Dr. Benz!
