Staff was very respectful, friendly and welcoming Yet Professional and well informed. The doctor showed great bedside manners. He was very knowledgeable, Kind and attentive. The doctor was efficient and understood the need to re-explain in ways my father would understand and be comfortable. I like the fact that my dad was Mr. Luc not 2:00pm Appt. Very important.
