Germantown location does not "see" appointments made through Zocdoc, so I came for nothing. They rescheduled the new visit shortly. At Bethesda it wasn't an issue. So I would recommend to call them personally before visit.

Dr. James Gardiner is an orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist treating patients in Bethesda, Maryland, and the surrounding communities. He has been in practice in Montgomery County for more than 14 years. He also holds certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery.
In order to pursue his medical degree, Dr. Gardiner attended the Georgetown University School of Medicine. He followed his doctoral degree with an internship program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Gardiner continued his medical education at Seton Hall University and the St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center. At these institutions, he received residency training in orthopaedic surgery and completed a fellowship program in sports medicine.
Patients visiting Dr. Gardiner can receive a full range of orthopaedic services. He provides general consultations and treatment for issues with the hand, elbow, back, knee, ankle, and foot.
