“Dr Peterson listen to me with open ears. had me do some physical movements. Explain to me why I couldn't do things and what caused them. Then he told me that we would get some x-rays done and then he would finalize his diagnosis. He explained to me through the x-rays what my problem was and how to solve it.
He was great. Totally recommend him 100%. He has common sense and he knows what he's talking about.”

Dr. Peterson lacked bedside manners. I took my child to be examined for multiple issues. Their system used to check-in only allows you to select the primary issue (not multiple concerns). When I brought up the other concerns, Dr. Peterson told me it wasn’t on my chart (which I told him why), and he then told me I would need to make another appt to address those concerns. I have Never heard of that before. Why not address everything now instead of being charged for a 2nd visit, pulling my kid out of school again and having to take off work again. Before we could have any rebuttal he was halfway out the door. We felt very rushed, he spoke super fast to the point I can’t even recall the suggestions he made. (Typically a Dr, would write that up for you, not him)I understand he does this everyday but we don’t, so slow down a tad bit and make your patient feel heard, even if you don’t care. Esp when we wait minutes to be seen. I won’t be back or recommend.
The positive: He is knowledgeable.

I feel that my exam lasted less than a minute. Dr came in, told me xrays show nothing, had me bend over a few times and basically said I'm fine. Dealing with intense back pain for two months. Did not even recommend an MRI to rule out herniated disc. Medical assistant was more helpful (emailed me the restrictions I needed for work). I feel like he didnt really listen. Just recommended PT. I'm going back to work today still in pain. I just feel like he could have spent some more time examining me?? Just bc Xrays are clean doesnt mean I dont have pain? NSAIDs not helping 2 weeks but he said continue them and I'll get better. Really disappointed and still looking for answers.

Never had a Dr. appointment go so smoothly! From checking in on line to checking out. Dr. Peterson explained clearly what was going on with my knee and what my choices going forward were. I definitely will be going back.

Doctor didn’t even look at my injury, I showed him the X-ray and he gave me vague instructions that were essentially just walk when you feel better. My interaction with him was literally like 2 minutes long. A total complete waste of my time. I got better care and treatment at the urgent care center I went to when I initially got injured.

I came in for a knee injury, I felt the Dr was more interested in keeping a schedule than figuring out what was wrong. He took an x-ray said there's no tears and it may be a slight meniscus but nothing to worry about now. Not really sure how any of that helped because I am still in a lot of pain and not a clue as to what is wrong with my knee.
