All paperwork done on line before my visit. Just walked in, signed register and within 30 seconds was providing my IDs for verification. Less than two minutes later I was in the exam room. Dr. Maher and staff were very professional and left you feeling confident in their diagnosis/procedures they were going to perform.
Dr Maher was one of the best doctors I've seen in quite some time. His manner and attitude were very friendly. He had some difficult things to talk to me about, but made it very comfortable.

I arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment and did not feel like I had to wait long as I had some paperwork to fill out.

Knowledgeable and informative. Took time to ask if I had any questions. Also took the time to have his staff look up a treatment for me. He ushered me to his office instead of the waiting room to wait for the print out. This was a big plus for me to have a Dr treat me more than just another office visit.
Verified patient
Visits are always good. Dr. Maher has a very relaxed listening style. I appreciate that he does not rush through the exam. He always makes sure I understand his diagnosis and treatment plan, and encourages me to follow-up if I have any questions.
Verified patient
Very professions and on time.

I hadn't been to Dr Maher's office for about 2 years but I was taken into hospital by the ER and the next day he appeared at my bedside with a treatment plan. He listens, he thinks, then makes suggestions and explains everything. I had trouble with my medication and he is happy to try new things and makes changes as well as trying to save me money!!

I will never go back!!

Very good.

He was very cold and uncaring in his attitude toward my father. My mother is 81 yrs old and has cirhosis of the liver and kidney problems. He basically just looked at my father and asked him what exactly does he expect or want. My dad told him well I want her to get well. He said sorry, I can't help her. He basically just acted like, just give up on her. We are happy to say, she is receiving exellent care in the Methodist Hospital downtown Houston. Now there are a bunch of professionals that care about people that are determined to get her well. Dr. Maher, a total waste of time and money!
The office staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Dr. Maher was very friendly, explained everything so I could understand it. I did not feel rushed and he took the time to answer all my questions. Great bedside manner.
I think it was absolutely rediculous around how many times I had been seeing him in the office and he diagnosed me for gastritis but doesn't want to treat me. Or take his time doing it. If you want to waste your money and don't want a cure or treatment. DO NOT come to see dr maher.
He was nice
