Dr. Rotnofsky provides 1-1 sessions with you via Tele-Health. The initial session is a consultation to best understand the areas you would like to address designing a plan for weekly or bi-weekly sessions. The initial session is 60 minutes and sessions thereafter are 45 minutes. Dr. Rotnofsky does not accept any insurance. Fees are self pay: $250 for the initial session and $200 for follow-up sessions.
You set the direction for your session and Dr. Rotnofsky will assist you in identifying and prioritizing your goals while providing you with support and insight in a non-judgmental manner while utilizing directive counseling/coaching/psychotherapy methods.
Dr. Rotnofsky has 20+ years of professional experience as a licensed psychologist. She will utilize the best methods that match your needs. Her background in psychodrama, directive counseling and coaching and psychotherapy methods provide a wide array of treatment options.
Together she will work with you by setting up a active plan, setting the direction for the areas in your life you would like to address.
If you would like to make an appointment please complete the initial intake form on the site and then choose an appointment date and time. Dr. Rotnofsky will then contact you typically within 24 hours for a 10 minute consult to discuss your appointment and briefly review your goals of treatment.
