What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist, I take a task-centered and solution-focused approach, working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals efficiently and effectively. I strive to create a supportive, understanding, and patient environment where clients feel empowered to address their challenges. What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our initial session, clients can expect to complete an intake that will go over biological, psychiatric, and social background. This will help build a foundation for future sessions. We will foster a therapeutic rapport and discuss the clients goals for therapy. In our sessions, clients can expect to gain practical tools and strategies to address their challenges and work toward their personal goals. They’ll leave feeling empowered, with a clearer understanding of their path forward and the confidence to implement positive changes. My supportive and patient approach ensures clients feel heard and equipped to navigate their journey.
