I’m a licensed social worker with over 9 years of experience. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and healed, and that as your therapist, it's my job to meet you exactly where you're at. I have a passion for helping individuals of all ages navigate life's challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that therapy is a sacred space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I have a background working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. The approach I use is client-centered to ensure your needs are heard, as well as strengths-based to highlight and enhance the skills and abilities you already possess.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have worked with all age groups and several populations providing individual therapy. Therapeutic interventions that I provide, and strongly believe in are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Strength-based therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I hope to be a part of your healing journey and look forward to working with you!
