she is very patient. she listent to all my concerns. I am still in lot of pain. buy i guess my problem is something muscular or nerve related so there was nt much she could have done. but for women issues i am sure she is great

Dr Greenwald was great. HOWEVER, the staff here really threw me for a loop. The first time I went in they ordered me a new device. They called my insurance company and confirmed it was covered (so nice of them!). Then one week later I was told to come back in for a implanon and that they had it there. I arrived and paid co-pay just to be told they didn’t have it.One MONTH later and multiple calls trying to find out when they are getting it in and what they are doing they call me back and tell me my insurance doesn’t accept orders for this med even though they confirmed it with them TWICE! So a month and a half later I need to go to a different provider that stocks them. If you need something done in a timely manner do not go here, if you have months of spare time I would recommend. Would not recommend this office just based on the care of the office staff. The providers were so great and friendly.

Had a great experience with Dr. Greenwald. She was very warm and friendly. I liked how fast she was, but she also made it clear she was open to discuss anything I wanted to or any questions I had. The rest of the staff was also great. I had read some negative yelp reviews on the office staff, but everyone I dealt with could not have been nicer. Will definitely return.

Dr. Greenwald was amazing. During my exam, I was recommend to have an ultrasound to check out what might’ve been a fibroid or cyst. I wasn’t told however, that that wasn’t covered under my annual visit and was charged for it! The front desk was so unhelpful and rude when I called to ask why I wasn’t informed, even going so far as to MOCK me for saying I would have reconsidered the procedure if I’d known it would have a copay. Incredibly disappointed with that particular employee, but had a very positive experience with the Dr.

This was the most efficient and helpful 30 minutes I’ve ever spent at a Doctor’s office! Full gynecological exam, breast exam, blood draw, and flu shot all in one appointment. Dr Greenwald made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions. When it was clear I was nervous about a topic, she slowed down and reassured me without making me feel small or dismissed. She really cares about her patients and it shows. I will be back!

Best experience I've ever had at a gynecologist's office! Dr. Greenwald was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. The IUD insertion process can be painful and she was super patient and understanding. The Physicians' Assistants were also extremely kind and helpful. I got lightheaded and had cramping(which is apparently normal after getting an IUD) and they got me a room to lay down in, bought me an orange juice, and told me to rest as long as I needed. As a victim of sexual assault, gynecologist appointments are typically very stressful for me, but they made me feel comfortable and provided a safe space. Awesome office and Dr. Greenwald is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I was nervous about going to the OB/GYN since it was something that I put off for way too long (years). Dr. Greenwald and the staff of Spring Ob/Gyn were so friendly and welcoming, I was immediately put at ease. The space was clean and there was no wait time. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Dr. Greenwald explained everything she was about to do and answered all my questions, without judgment. I will definitely come back to Spring.

Dr. Greenwald is phenomenal!! I was very nervous trying to find a OBGYN who is LGBT+ friendly and Dr. Greenwald is wonderful! She asks inclusive questions without making you nervous or feel awkward, she explains everything she is going to do before and as she does it, and makes you feel comfortable. I was taken right away and didn't have to wait - I could not ask for a better doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially the LGBT+ community members!
