Excellent experience. Brand new office and very helpful and friendly staff. Was seen on time and provided was timely as well. Asked a lot of great questions about my day to day and provided pointers to help improve my health.
Love that the office offers their own lab and it’s all so fast in one, clean and comfortable place.

She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Angelo State University and has extensive experience in emergency nursing, flight nursing, and pediatrics. In 2013, she returned to school and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Most recently, she earned her Master’s in Family Nursing from Purdue University.
Since 2018, Jan has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She owned and operated her own practice for four years, then worked in clinics, an emergency department, and a hospital in far West Texas. Her goal is to provide quality, compassionate care by collaborating with patients to develop personalized health plans.

The appointment didn’t happen! I drove 45 minutes to get there …. To be told the nurse practitioner I was scheduled with was at a different location. No other doctor was available. They blamed zoc doc even though they confirmed my appointment with her the day before.

The front desk lady was sweet, however the staff seemed very unprofessional and not focused. Some were having personal conversations right in the middle of the hall. The nurse that came in and took my vitals and weight seemed to hate being there herself. I understand if it’s a rough day for the staff, but this seemed like a normal thing.

I loved my experience with Dr Elliot! She was so lovely and her bedside manner was great. She listened to me and was open and willing to work with me on any concerns or questions. She took her time and spent time being caring and kind. The office staff was kind and quick as well and I got my blood work done in their lab and the phlebotomist was great! I recommend the whole office :)
