“I was taken back to the room immediately. After I peed in the cup, I waited about 20 minutes until I was seen again (no, they were not waiting on a culture-the sample has to be sent out to be cultured). All in all, I was in and out in less than an hour. My Rx were called in and ready right away. I will definitely return, if necessary.”

Dr Luna was great. This not for the review but I was really shocked to see an actual Dr. usually it’s a NP or PA. So to see an actual Dr was nice. He listened and actually looked me over so I was pleased either way this visit.

Dr was great and gave clear instructions had no issues, only disappointment was front desk, assistant seemed to be annoyed being there almost like an irritated type of attitude, was already dealing with a child in pain didn’t need that to be the first person I had to deal with.

I recommend you Level Next urgent card / Brook City Base by canes chicken. The office is clean , the receptionist wax very friendly. She even helped me sign in on the iPad. The nurse explained what she was going to do when she cleaned my ear. While she was doing her thing, she asked me several times if I was ok.
The doctor was ver friendly and explained what he saw inside my ear and explained how they clean wax out of ears.
I was very pleased with the outcome. The pressure in my ear was relieved and I felt much better.
Anybody would like this place.

At Next Level Urgent Care the front office was friendly and welcoming. The nurse as well that attended to me. The doctor carefully listen to me and my concerns loved that she wasn’t in any rush and that she took her time to explain to me what I had and how to take the medication that she was going to prescribe to me. I definitely would recommend this place to others.

I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility and would go back myself. As a walk-in with no appointment, I was seen very quickly by the nurse practitioner. She was competent and friendly. I was very pleased with her expertise and my issue for going there was quickly resolved.

My first time visiting Next Level Urgent Care and I will definitely be back. I scheduled my appt online front desk was very nice took my info was called 10 mins after my arrival . Nurse took my vitals she was super nice, I was then seen 15 with PR Kezimana he listened then evaluated and explained what he was going to have me do. They do X-rays in house so that is a plus so convenient . They are open from 9am-9pm M-F . I received a follow up call to make sure Dr went over my results, awesomeness! Free parking, most insurance available just a nice friendly place that makes you feel welcomed ??
