Dr. Caruso was thoughtful, thorough, and took all the time needed to review my medical history and do a brief physical. This was my first visit with her and i was conditioned by my prior history with Kaiser to expect we would only have 10 to 15 minutes, thus only allowing us time to cover maybe 2 of the issues I wanted to address. But as I said, she allowed all the time needed to cover all the bases. I had already decided to have Dr. Caruso become my PCP and after our first session I'm very happy with my choice and am optimistic about the future course of the care she will provide.

Dr. Caruso was very nice and sweet. She took the time to listen to my concerns and really evaluate what I was saying. I also appreciate that after talking about my reason for visiting, she checked up on other health related things since I was there. That really made me feel like a valued patient.

The wait was very long. I arrived half an hour early, but was taken back 10 minutes after my appointment time, then waited in the room for 45 minutes before the doctor came in.
Dr. Caruso was very professional and kind.
However, the lab tech was very rude. Over all I was not pleased with the experience of my visit.

Dr. Caruso is very patient and does not rush the process. This means a lot and shows that she cares about the person and their health. She asks questions beyond what I came in to be sure I don't need anything else.

Reception staff was efficient and welcoming. I was taken BACK reasonably quickly. The nurse who took my vitals was friendly and professional. As always, Dr. Caruso was professional and very capable in obtaining information and making a diagnosis. Dr. Caruso is very patient oriented and an excellent doctor.
