Between 2 of my appointments I saw the doctor for a total of maybe 1 minute. He left the room before I could ask any questions. The office said they’d check with my insurance if the treatment is covered then call me to schedule it, but nobody ever called me back. I ended up giving up and scheduling the treatment with a different doctor. Overall a poor experience. Got ghosted by a doctor.

I set an appointment for nothing, I was called two hours after the fact and asked if I was still waiting in the lobby, which i was not. I left after waiting 45min after my appointment time. People that came in after me were seen before me, however that makes sense. I expect my time to be valued, the same way I valued their time by showing up on time, nothing makes the doctors time more important than mine, we’re all human beings with things to do.

I had an appointment set I arrived they said I wasn't in the system then they said I had to wait to be seen for at least a hours and they wanted to charge me 100 wasted my day .

Dr. Mussman and his nurses are completely professional. They know how to wrap wounds and are very helpful. Dr. Mussman is one of the best plastic Surgeons in Arizona.

I had a TBI which required a craniotomy to save my life, This meant that half my skull was gone for 6 months. Dr. Mussman is the doctor that put my skull back together. He has been professional and courteous through the process. He always treated my wife and I with dignity and respect which we both greatly appreciate. On top of his professionalism the surgical results have been fantastic and I have required a semblance or normalcy, for this I am grateful.

Dr. Mussman is an exceptional surgeon and an even better conversationalist. Even though I would prefer him to take the cost off, I understand the timing is not right. Overall, I would recommend him to anyone.

I was very scared to have my face cut but Dr. Mussman did a wonderful job on my nose and you can't even tell I had anything done. Will definitely recommend Dr. Mussman.

My experience has been great. Dr. Mussman and all of his assistants have been great. respectful and kind. Dr. Mussman and his assistants explained the entire procedure to me. I would recommend him to everyone.

The people at this facility were very nice. Doctor was good, I was just put through a lot of pain when they numbed me, other than that the Doctor was great.
