About Dr. Jason Queiros
Jason Queiros, DC received his bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida where he received his D.C. As a passionate, patient-oriented chiropractor, Dr. Queiros believes in a holistic approach to health and healing. He stays abreast of findings affecting chiropractic, nutrition, and other wellness therapies by attending continuing education courses and reading extensively.
Dr. Q's specialized training in Cox flexion-distraction technique, Graston myofacial release and other modalities and chiropractic adjusting techniques allows him to provide the most thorough and innovative treatment to his patients. He has been practicing in Stamford for over 5 years and most recently named one of Fairfield County's top chiropractors by CTNow readers' poll.
Originally from Wilton, he now resides in Fairfield with his wife Brianna, daughter Gwyneth, and newborn son Wesley. He enjoys spending time with his family, and living an active and healthy lifestyle. In his free time he plays sports, exercises, cooks and enjoys the outdoors.
Dr. Q is a member of the American Chiropractic Association as well as the Connecticut Chiropractic Association. He is a Certified Exercise Strength & Conditioning Specialist, certified in Graston technique, and completing his Certification to become a Chiropractic Sports Medicine Specialist (C.C.S.M.S.). Please believe me when I say that none come close to Dr. Q. and the Shelton Sports and Spine. It is certainly a one-of-a-kind clinic with incredible doctors, staff and equipment to compete this clinic. I reached out to Dr. Q during a time when I had a sharp pain on my neck that extended down my right hip, given an unclear cause and an uncertainty on my end on how to discreetly describe or how I can work with any medical expert given that there might have been several different vague factors relating to it. Dr. Q gave me his vision for a better patient care- which was a reality combined with impressive strategy. I am glad he is my doctor. No other medical provider spent the time to explain to me what could possibly going on – other than him. What is more- he truly believed that he can assist me with getting better, which I am unquestionably seeing now, within just a few months of going to him. He made sure that he spent generous time on my recovery and showed a genuine interest on my well-being. Apart from Dr. Q, the entire team at Shelton Sports and Spine had been very welcoming and everyone offered exceptional expertise. I generally do not write reviews, or I wait at least a few years to write a review, but Dr. Q. and Shelton Sports and Spine deserves nothing short of an outstanding and heartfelt review.

While Dr. Q is the first chiropractor I've ever seen, I have to say it's been a better than expected experience thus far. I constantly feel positive results after each visit. He also takes the time to explain the details of a problem he's trying to address, what he's doing to help correct it, and why it should help, which I greatly appreciate. He's also very personable and friendly, which is a huge plus. Thanks!

Nestled in a welcoming, relaxing yet professional contemporary setting is a treasure trove full of invaluable staff who are equipped with the latest and greatest to assist you with all your spine and joint health needs
Ive gone less than a handful of times, and can already feel the difference that this office has made for me.
The treatment tables are separated and offer a lot of privacy, and the adjustment rooms are large and well lit and really bring you from the relaxing treatment(borderline "me time," really) to the clinical chiropractic adjustment or vice versa.
The well equipped and and maintained work out area is actually in its own room and provides a plethora of options to target specific muscle groups and is also well mirrored to better enable you to control your treatment.
This isn't just a place to get better, this feels like a place where we can learn to be better.

Dr. Q and his crew are first class. Visiting from Kansas City and in need of a chiropractor led us to his office. Dr. Q took his time to evaluate our issues and provide us treatment that helped us get through a 2 week trip. Even though he may never see us again, he gave us some of the best chiropractic care I have ever had. Try Dr. Q - you will like him, his philosophy, & his staff.

The whole staff is caring and understanding of my needs. After 2 surgeries and countless visits to PT and medication to help with my back nothing ever seemed to work. They are the only ones who have gotten me significant relief of my pain. For me it's been worth driving an hour to continue my treatment. So glad to have found them.

Very Knowledgeable doctor, took the time to explain to me where the pain was coming from, then worked on relieving it. I would take a 10hr flight to see this doctor. In addition to that, staff was super nice and professional. Thank you!

I was involved in over 4 car accidents pretty much back to back & Dr. Q & the massage therapists helped with my physical therapy & back treatment to the point that I was able to resume doing my favorite hobbies again with minimal discomfort. They are always accommodating when it comes to spontaneous severe pain & always being able to fit me in. I love everyone there; they are like my 2nd family. I would highly recommend going to their facility. They are very knowledgeable & respectful. I have been seen by Dr. Q for over 8 years & my back has never felt better.
