About Dr. Jason Schneider
Dr. Jason Schneider, MD is board certified in General surgery and completed his training in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Schneider's duties include surgery of the lungs, esophagus, thymus, and aorta. In addition, Dr. Schneider performs all aspects of office based minimally invasive thoracoscopic and laparoscopic surgery, vascular and endovascular surgery, dialysis access surgery, and laparoscopic general surgery. Dr Schneider is affiliated with Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center and practices out of our surgical suite in West Islip.

Dr, Schneider is a very attentive, caring and kind doctor. I first met him at the hospital, where he performed my vascular surgery. He explained the procedure to me and put my mind at ease. He was also great with my post-op follow-up. He is very knowledgeable and I DEFINITELY recommend him.
