Love Dr Crary. The long wait in his office was due to him being called into emergency surgery. Our appointment was also changed TWICE... once due to a glitch between ZocDoc and the Dr's office, and once due to the emergency surgery. It worked out for us, but would have been very inconvenient for a patient that didn't have a flexible schedule.
