I felt cared for. I established care with Dr Chang because he is a PCP who does osteopathic manual therapy. I established care and then got very busy with house remodeling and didn't prioritize my initial visit. Then I ended up in Emergency and needing to take time off work to handle my condition. I used his patient care app called "sigma MD" to set up my first visit and sent chats to let him know that this initial visit was going to entail a lot more than I had anticipated. With no additional appointments, costs, and hassle with insurance, we got my medical leave paperwork filled out, developed a plan for my immediate medical needs and follow up, and a couple of osteopathic adjustments. I didn't feel rushed. I felt for the first time that i had a doctor who put my health care needs at the center of my care, not reimbursement. Now am getting pelvic floor therapy with an innovative device he has incorporated into paractice called "EmSella." Will update re: "EmSella" later.

The blood work and lab results were extensive and Dr. Andrew was very helpful in following up dnd helping me understand the results. Together we made an action plan and I left feeling very empowered to improve my health!

Best bedside manner I’ve experienced with a first visit to a Doctor. Dr. Andrew took the time to show me on his whiteboard everything I needed to know during my visit.

I've never felt as comfortable with a provider as I do with Dr. Chang! He is well rounded as a doctor and yet is always advancing his knowledge as a professional, which is rare. He listens to and gets to know you as a whole person. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new primary care.
