“Jeanne Roberts is a beautiful person I have seen I had a wonderful psychiatrist for about 7 or 8 and she was amazing then she went somewhere else I saw two afterwords and neither listened to me nor did they understand the decline I was experiencing but this absolutely lovely woman did she immediately listened to me and understood the extreme problems I was experiencing. Any one who will see Jeanne will be In the hands of someone who can understand and the best there was no judgment she is so kind I just can’t say enough of her beautiful soul I am so grateful to find this wonderful lady I absolutely felt comfortable immediately I want to Thank her and all Zocdoc staff I spoke with if you are at your wits end call them and if you can see Jeanne Roberts you will be absolutely know how beautiful kind and understanding she is.”

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
