This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor! The nurse that took me back was very unfriendly. Didn’t talk to me, took my vitals and left. I thought, “okay maybe she’s having a bad day.” Then Doctor Rackham comes in. She doesn’t look at me and just says “I’m Dr. Rackham, why are you here.” And I told her I’m a new patient and refills and she said, “you clicked illness.” I was confused and she repeated herself that through this app. I clicked illness. Okay? My accident. I called ahead of time to make sure things were fine. Then when I showed her what I needed refilled she said, “Nope!” I don’t do those, anything else?” I was mortified. So embarrassed. It’s a controlled substance for my panic attacks and I just felt like she thought I had bad intentions or something by how I was treated. I am very angry/ upset with my experience! I couldn’t wait to get out of there!
