“This was super helpful to not have to go all the way to an urgent care facility and have to wait for antibiotics for a UTI (I get recurrent UTI's and am in the doctor's office at least once a month for them). They were quick, compassionate, and very helpful. I was able to get an antibiotic without squirming around uncomfortably in a waiting room for hours on end. 10/10 care!”

My experience at this office was excellent. The doctors and staff were extremely friendly, professional, and prompt. After booking through Zocdoc, my wait time was only about 10 minutes, which is exceptional. The team explained everything clearly, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Went in for medical examination for I-485. I was told it would take about 15 mins if I completed the sign in prior to arriving, which I was suspicious and took a book with me, but I was wrong. They were prompt, no wait time and I was out of door in no time. Staffs were friendly, doctor was clear and fast. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend NP jenny Hong! Makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions! Most of the staff were very friendly and explained check in and check out process in details.

Personally have not been to a doctor's office because of couple of reasons, but also because most provider's give major attitude that makes you feel like a child that did something wrong. My experience with NP Jenny Hong was amazing! Found out after my appointment, but my husband also saw her a few months back and only said the best. So glad we found someone we can rely on and feel comfortable seeing! Thank you to everyone that was there during my appointment!

Took a rapid Covid test and was told it would
be a couple of hours for results. It’s the next day and I still have not heard back. Phone calls direct to an answering service that rings indefinitely. Somewhat defeats the purpose of a rapid test if you never hear back about the results.

My first experience was great with the office. Very friendly staff and my visit was very straight forward . I hope to become a permanent patient at this location . The doctor was a great listener and I felt validated in all my concerns and issues .

I made an appointment through Zocdoc. I received a confirmation call from a nurse working there and got asked basic questions, which I answered. On the day of my appointment I arrive at the office and the nurses in the front didn’t greet or say anything. When I tell I arrived for my appointment they answered very curtly and said I didn’t have one. When I told them my name and birthday the nurse helping sighed and seemed very annoyed. One of the nurse told me I had to pay up front but when I did she didn’t give me a receipt or tell me to sit and wait so I just stood there very awkwardly. The nurse taking my BP was nice though. The doctor overall was nice. She asked many questions about my condition and tried to give a lot of options. She asked if I had any questions and thoroughly answered them. The doctor was very nice and I very much liked her but, the staff needs to be better.
