Health South maintains excellent communications ahead of the appointment utilizing multiple communications methods such as text, phone and email. In my 15 months of care I’ve never had a moment of uncertainty about an appointment or procedure. Both Dr Segrist and Dr Howard deliver and delivered thoughtful and compassionate layman’s speak prior to my surgery and since that time ensuring my complete comfort with this new journey.
