“Dr Kons is a great listener. He listens not only to the words you say but also listens to what you're not saying, what you're saying with your eyes or body language and voice intonation. He repeats what he heard so you know he got it right. When he speaks to you, he doesn't talk down to you but explains everything to you so you can understand it. His demeanor is that he genuinely cares about you and is not concerned with how much time you spend there, as long as you're cared for. I only hope I die before he retires!!!”
