After making arrangements to have time off from my job, I was disappointed due to the secretary’s inadequacy to do hers. I booked the appointment a week in advance. The app indicated that the office accepted my insurance. It wasn’t until I arrived to my appointment, that I was notified it was not. There were no calls, voicemails, nor emails stating that information. Once the secretaries finished their conversation they finally decided to “help” me. I was then told information that should’ve been relayed to me prior to me wasting my time. When I inquired with her of when she called, she couldn’t remember. I questioned when did she leave a voicemail and she had no answer. My phone had no missed calls nor any voicemails from the office. It’s extremely unprofessional to not only fail to complete your job duties but to also then lie about it.
