About Dr. Jeffrey Roach
I am a board certified Otolaryngologist who is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care in order to maximize your quality of life. I greatly enjoy seeing patients with all ear, nose, and throat disorders ranging from simple problems like ear wax, hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, ear infections, and tonsillitis to more complicated problems such as chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, chronic nasal congestion, voice problems such as hoarseness, head & neck tumors benign and malignant, salivary gland problems, swallowing problems, thyroid/parathyroid disease, and sleep apnea. I utilize newer technological advances such as computer-assisted navigation technology and balloon sinuplasty for chronic sinus disease as well as balloon eustachian tuboplasty for chronic eustachian tube problems.
We will do everything we can to get you in to see me quickly, and when you leave my office you will understand all of the issues involved and the entire treatment plan in plain and simple language.
I completed undergraduate work at the University of Chicago, and then went on to earn my M.D. from the Georgetown University. From there I completed a residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. I have been practicing in Massachusetts since 2002 and at Mount Auburn Hospital since 2007.

Dr. Roach was knowledgeable & empathetic to my concerns. He listened and wrote down my issues and asked relevant follow-up questions. When he conducted the exam, he walked me through the process and made me feel safe and comfortable. When I felt light-headed, he provided me water & allowed me to stay an extra ten minutes. He even placed a wet towel on my head to ensure I was able to feel better. He truly was a wonderful ENT & I would certainly recommend him!

Dr. Roach was incredibly helpful, and I really appreciated how he walked me through each procedure, various options, and gave me the full context and background. It was very helpful in understanding exactly what was going with me, and he was very clear and made sure I understood and could ask questions. He also made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. He solved some of my issues and had a plan for what I could do next. I would definitely go back to him again.

Dr. Jeffrey Roach is a Great Doctor also very nice person and he has the ability to explain your medical condition step by step so it is very easy to understand what is going on with you.
I have been going to multiple specialists over a year and no one could tell me what was going on with me and then I went to Dr. Jeffrey Roach and within my first appointment. Dr. Roach told me exactly what was going on with me and finally I had my answers for my Medical condition from doctor Roach that other specialists were not able to diagnose. With Dr. Roach I finally had a solution to my medical condition thank you so much Dr. Jeffrey Roach.

My visit with Dr, Jeffrey Roach was one of THE BEST doctors visits I have ever gone to! He was kind and thoughtful and explained everything to me as we proceeded through the exam. He was so informative about aspects of my hearing and other related situations that I had never had explained to me before. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed, in fact quite the opposite as I felt like he was making sure that everything and anything was covered!
I sure wish going to all doctors was this kind of experience. It would change how everyone feels about an office visit if it could be like this one! Thank you!
