Dr. Shapiro made me keep coming back. I had a few issues. He sent me to PT for one and nothing for the others. He also kept telling me each visit that he would send me for an MRI and never did. He just kept telling me to come back in if I'm still in pain.

Dr. Shapiro seemed very knowledgeable. He was able to narrow down the causes behind the issues I've been experiencing. He is very professional and the practice is run efficiently. You won't spend all day in the office.

I arrived a half hour early so the wait time was not bad. Support staff were nice and facility was clean. Dr. Shapiro was kind, but I felt dismissed when trying to explain my reason for being there. He didn't look at my chart at all and barely did a physical exam. He was quick to jump to assumptions that everything was "normal" despite my efforts to fully describe what I had been suffering from. In the end I struggled to keep him talking to me for more than five minutes and felt embarassed for paying a copay for what I had just experienced.

From the moment I signed in everyone on the staff made me feel they really cared. Once I met Dr. Shapiro he listened to all my concerns . I knew then Dr. Shapiro was the surgeon I wanted to preform my surgery on both my knees. I know I'm in good hands that's a great comfort to me & my wife.

Was not pleased with the fact that a thorough exam was not done. I looked at the time he entered my examining room and in less than 5 minutes he was done. Also before entering my room he let out a sigh, I am figuring he had an exhausting day and did not want to be bothered with his patients.
