About Dr. Kara Sarrel

Dr. Sarrel also obtained an MBA in healthcare management to better understand the changing landscape of medicine and to better serve her patients and community. She also completed a fellowship in New York at Lenox Hill in Adult Joint Replacement. Additionally, she has obtained training certificates in robotic-assisted hip replacement, knee replacement, and partial knee replacement surgery.

I was seen immediately by Dr. Sarrel's assistant who took some information and asked about my condition. After that, I was taken for X-rays. After the X-rays, Dr. Sarrel came in and discussed the results of the X-rays. She was very forthcoming in showing me the results of the x-rays in a manner that was easy to understand. We then discussed treatment. She was very kind and knowledgeable about my condition and treatment. I plan to continue seeing her in connection with my knees and highly recommend her as well as the Summit Center.

Great first experience at this location. The staff, for the most part, were very helpful and kind. Dr Sarrel was extremely warm, friendly, and informative. Even when delivering difficult news, she did so with compassion and reassurance, making me feel supported and confident that everything would be okay.

Summit Health was great. Clean, spacious waiting room and check in was smooth. The xray technician and staff were all very kind. Dr. Kara Sarrel was very calm and answered all my questions. I had a good visit.

The Waite time was 30 minutes.ThePA who took my vitals was not in any uniform. She didn’t introduce herself and for a moment I wasn’t sure who she was. The XRay technician was great.
Dr.Sarrel was worth waiting for. This is a true professional. She spent the time and went over the history of my illness. Her examination was thorough and provided me with a list of options to reduce the pain. This included a doctor that performs pain relieving injections, and a follow up visit with her in a few months.? As I said earlier, she was worth the wait and I do it again. ?
