Unfriendly staff. One person got angry with me about paperwork out of nowhere. Another hurried me to follow them, saw me struggling due to an injury, and just stood there looking at their phone, instead of offering to help or giving me a walker. The doctor seemed excellent, but did not provide clear next steps or timelines -- e.g., just gave me business cards of more doctors to talk to or tests to get, but no sense of what to do if these specific places couldn't see me as urgently as needed. I would see this doctor for solid medical advice, but not in any situation in which I was vulnerable or in pain.

Refused me any medication and i was in urgent care the next morning in severe pain; that was when i was able to obtain medication so i could be comfortable until have surgery ..

Went for knee pain - knee cap tendon. I was asked to take MRI from ankle to hips before the doctor visited me so maybe I did not need that - it's the standard procedure they say. Wait time was ~1 hour. It's Mount Sinai so they have many patients. The Doctor was good.

I just got back from my first office visit. I’m very pleased with the overall experience. I opted to get a knee injection but I have a needle phobia. The doctor was very patient with me although I was being such a baby. Big thank you to his assistant-Lidia who held my hand through the process. The needle did not hurt at all and only took 2 seconds. I would definitely recommend Dr. Parisien. Thank you so much!!!
