Getting to know Dr. Jenika Miles
Jenika is a Board-Certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner originally from Pennsylvania and has been working in health care since 2005. She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Holy Family University and upon completion excelled in various clinical areas including acute care, pain management, neurology, and forensic nursing. Jenika’s dedication to the community and passion for patient care drove her to La Salle University where she obtained a master’s degree in public health nursing and a post-master’s in nursing education. She then continued her education to ultimately obtain a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Temple University where she graduated with honors. In addition to her extensive clinical experience at the undergraduate level, she has worked as a family nurse
practitioner caring for at-risk, underserved patient populations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. When she recognized that there was a great need for psychiatric services in her area, she decided to attend Wilkes University and became a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to expand upon the clinical care she could provide to those at-risk communities. Jenika continues to serve outside of clinical practice and has done outreach to assist abused women, religious organizations, and other community service partners. She enjoys mentorship, building relationships with clients to meet their health goals, as well as patient education. In her spare time, Jenika enjoys traveling, tennis, cooking, and spending time with family.

Had two wonderful experiences with Jenika so far. She really listened to my struggles and I was given meds that are truly changing my life, and we continue to work towards improving any other struggles I’m having. Very pleasant professional to work with, who has my trust. Grateful for this whole experience with Reservoir so far.
