From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others, often acting as a peacemaker among peers and friends. I have always been passionate about mental health and its critical role in overall well-being, including the mind-body connection. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, postpartum challenges, fertility, parenting, co-parenting, divorce, separation, grief/loss, and more. My work includes therapy for teens, couples, and families, focusing on those seeking meaningful, lasting change. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to support diverse clients effectively. My approach is humanistic and person-centered, emphasizing each individual's potential for growth. I help clients build a strong sense of self by exploring patterns, behaviors, and emotions to foster development. I believe all positive changes, big or small, are successes worth celebrating, and I support clients willing to put in the work to achieve their goals. As a married mother of two, I bring relatable, real-life experiences to my practice. I understand many challenges my clients face, personally or through others I have supported. Having experienced individual and couples counseling, I empathize deeply with clients’ journeys. My goal is to make each client feel heard, valued, and not judged. I am committed to meeting you where you are and creating a safe, open-minded space fostering mutual respect, honesty, and open communication. Outside therapy, I enjoy reading, sports, traveling, and spending time with my children, friends, and two dogs.
