I absolutely love Dr. Dang and the staff at the McKinney office. I was a first time patient without any insurance. They did not treat me any different as if I were insured. They rates and pricing is quite affordable. I had an absolute unbelievable experience that I did not expect from each person their. My visit was for a clogged left ear. Dr. Dang listened and diagnosed the cause of my clogged ear and put me on a plan to clear it up. She even invoked me in the diagnosis. I have a follow with her in 3 weeks and cannot wait. I told my wife on the drive home and recommend she make an appointment with Dr. Dang as well. This was 5-star service.

Dr Dang is an angel! She has been my doctor for my tonsil problems and for my recurring sinus issues. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. She talks to her patients like she would talk to her dear friend and explains the issues in detail. Now my 20 month old daughter is also her patient - Dr Dang is equally good with kids and grown-ups. Highly recommend her any patient looking for quality ENT care in North Dallas area!

Charged an insane amount for an 8 minute appointment, in which she told me I should use a waterpik for my tonsil stones and OTC Flonase for my congestion and post nasal drip..... Too expensive for information I could find on the first page of google.

Dr. Dang was very professional and explained what she was seeing and doing in an easy to understand manner. I was in and out in 30 minutes for a nose bleed cauterization - most of that time was me filling out paperwork as it was my first time in the office. She was very upfront and transparent with additional procedures that were optional but recommended and made sure I knew they would cost extra. I'm visiting her office again for a different procedure and made sure to write that I wanted her as my doctor! 10/10

God bless her! I've seen 5 different ENTs over 8 months, trying to get to the bottom of my ETD. She was the only one that took my swollen tonsils as a clue and ran with it. The medicine tastes awful, but that's a small price to pay for being cured!

The wait was long... I got seen at almost 1 for a 10:30 appointment. However, I was a new patient, and the staff was courteous and accommodating, and Dr Dang was worth the wait when she was able to meet with me. She was apologetic for the delay, and was thorough and professional with the examination and the explanation of the diagnosis. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely terrible. I never write reviews, but I'm making an exception here because this was the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor and doctor's office.
First, the staff were clearly not in a hurry to get anything done. I had to wait a full hour from when I got there to when I could even see the nurse. And then I had to wait in the room for 30 minutes for Doctor Dang to even come see me.
And when Doctor Jennifer Dang came (no apology or anything for making me wait so long), she was clearly irritated and wanted to finish our appointment as quickly as possible. She had a very exasperated look on her face as I was explaining my symptoms and concerns to her. She looked at my throat for a total of about 2 seconds, gave me some home remedies and pushed me to leave. I tried asking her more questions and gauging her thoughts, but she continued acting annoyed and irritated and she even got up out of her chair before I had finished asking her questions and ushered me out.
What a waste of time/money. All in all I was in the doctor's office for about 2 hours, and only saw the very unprofessional doctor for less than 10 minutes, and all I got out of it were some hastily given home remedies I could've found on Google.

Dr. Dang and everyone at the office that I encountered was terrific. Very welcoming and easy to talk to. I only wish she was also a primary care physician/ general pratactioner so I could go here for all of my future medical needs. Definitely recommend them as an ENT office though.
