Dr. Ali Bahrani is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 18 years of distinguished experience providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from UTMB Health – University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, completed his Internal Medicine residency at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
Over his career, Dr. Bahrani has successfully diagnosed and treated more than 60,000 internal medicine patients across hospital and private practice settings. He is recognized for his attention to detail, caring bedside manner, and commitment to creating successful outcomes for even the most complex medical cases.
For the past 15 years, Dr. Bahrani has served at Medical City Green Oaks Hospital, where he has spent the last 10 years as Director of Internal Medicine. His leadership has earned him honors including the “First Humanitarian Award” (2019) and the “Employees’ Choice Award” (2017).
In addition to internal medicine, Dr. Bahrani and his team are extensively trained in medical aesthetics, offering personalized treatments such as injectables, laser therapies, and HydraFacials at their state-of-the-art Allen, Texas facility. I was happy to know they're in a new office building and it was very clean. In side the room was a nice big chair to sit in. I listened to what the doctor had say to me and did the same. The doctor was very understanding and he speaks good English. They also the right cluff size to check your blood pressure.

My experience was mostly fine, if I were to write anything negative here, it would be that the provider I book (Dr. Ali) was not whom I had my appointment/ examination with. The staff was great, but this is my only point of contention.

I’ve always been terrified of blood draws and often experience vasovagal syncope, which causes me to faint during the process. A few days ago, this happened, and my tests had to be stopped midway I went to a Quality care, and I’m so glad I did.
Dr. Michaela and Nurse Nina were absolutely incredible. They made me feel comfortable right from the start, ensuring everything was ready to make the process as smooth as possible. Dr. Michaela genuinely listens and cares, going the extra mile to provide affordable care. Since my insurance didn’t cover much, they took the time to find the best options, going back and forth to make sure I wasn’t overcharged.
During the blood draw, they were constantly engaging me in conversation to distract me, which worked wonders.
This team is professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to their patients. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone who feels nervous about medical procedures—they’ll take great care of you.
