Friendly, clean, and every question was answered. The Nurse practitioner was very helpful and suggested a better medicine route, instead of just going with the same meds and same expectations. I will be using this office as my primary care in the future.

Jennifer moved to Melissa, Texas in 2016 after growing up in Central Illinois. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from St. Francis Medical Center, College of Nursing where she later went on to Work as an RN in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. Jennifer later went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University. Once you get inside the building the experience is great, and probably worth overlooking the rest of this review for, but... People over 30 may not appreciate the check-in process. It can be rather frustrating if you aren’t very familiar with technology.

Everyone there was super nice and friendly with my kids and helped us all feel comfortable for our first time there. Diagnosis was explained really well, and medicine prescribed helped and was also explained well. In and out quickly too so over all experience was great!

Able to get a same day appointment for a sick child visit, first time there. Greeted promptly by friendly front desk staff. Nurse was pleasant - Jose, I believe. Jennifer listened, took a look at my child, and then discussed options with me on treatment. No pushing of antibiotics when they weren't deemed necessary. Refreshing! We will definitely come back when any further needs arise. Thanks!

This is probably the first time in years that I have not had to wait very long to see a Dr in years! And the fact that I was able to book the appt through ZocDoc, online, was great!
All the staff there were very friendly and polite and I hope to use this practice as my regular Dr’s office in the future!

I was very very impressed with the professionalism and kindness. So thorough and she addressed every concern that I came in with and more. She took her time to discuss and learn my health concerns. I actually left the office feeling great with the service rendered from my first arrival at checkin to the end of my visit at checkout with all the staff members.
I walked in with lots of pain and uncertainty but walked out feeling thankful that I made the best decision to come in to the office today to get the best service from this wonderful and caring staff.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Jennifer Effler, MSN for the first time today. She was amazing! She greeted me with a cheerful, positive attitude early in the morning. I had some rather personal concerns to address with her and felt embarrassed, but she quickly put me at ease. Jennifer was patient as I asked several questions and calmly answered them. She was also very direct in what needed to be done next and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.

The staff was courteous and professional throughout my visit. Jennifer was attentive and recalled my previous visit for the same complaint a month earlier. The exam was complete and she listened to my comments and answered my questions.She explained her treatment rationale thoroughly and asked if I had additional questions.I left feeling I had received professional and caring treatment. The only complaint I have is that the treatment room was much too warm, a problem easily corrected. Overall,a very good experience.

Jenn was great with my 4-year old. He asked a ton of questions (what's this, what's that) and she acted as if she had all the time in the world to focus on him and his needs. He was even able to "play" with some of her doctor equipment. She spoke directly to him and she didn't "talk down" to him with baby-talk, etc. My son really liked her. Highly recommend Jenn.
