I like to focus on integrating mental health into your individualized treatment plan through compassionate and holistic approaches. I believe in truly listening and working together collaboratively to create a treatment plan that reflects your own unique needs. My ultimate goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your journey towards healing and wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin with a thorough mental health assessment to understand your history, challenges, and strengths. From there, I develop a personalized treatment plan with you, which may include medication management, TMS, Spravato, therapy referrals, DSR SGB or ketamine therapy. I check in regularly and adjust treatment as needed, ensuring ongoing support as we work together toward long-term healing and resilience.

    After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
