I really enjoy being a patient of Dr. Meller's. She is helpful and listens. I also really appreciate that their office is piloting a wait time notification system. Forty five mins before my appointment I got a text message that myappt was going to be delayed by 30 mins. I really enjoyed the heads up and was avle to stay at work for an extra 30 mins. When I arrived at my updated time, I was seen right away with no wait. It was great!

While Dr. Meller is a kind and attentive doctor, I will not be returning to her practice due to her front desk staff. Not only were they rude and unprofessional, they gave me incorrect information about my insurance.

A bit of a wait time to get in, but well worth it!! Dr. Meller takes time to get to know her patients, does a thorough exam, and does some of her own procedures (such as vital signs and EKGs) as well.

I love Dr. Meller. She thinks thoroughly about things, she discusses clearly what she's thinking, and she (mostly) runs on time, but when she doesn't, she apologizes.

Jennifer is really great, I have only seen her twice but I really like her and I feel cared for when I go. The only complaint is that the appointment itself took much longer than I was anticipating- I waited about20 minutes to even start signing paperwork, and then another long wait to be seen once I'd changed into the paper robe in the exam room. Just plan for extra time when you go.

I thought Dr. Meller was very attentive. My dissatisfaction came from the fact that I waited over an hour before I was seen. I think the office should be more proactive in letting it's patients know when they are behind scheduleso that they don't waste time in the waiting room.

My appointment was 11:00 but I received an email to arrive at 10:30 on Monday 9/24 (It is Thursday? Totally confusing information!). I got there at 10:30 and the front desk claimed she sent me an updated mail for my 11:00appointment but I didn't receive anything. I finished all paper work at 10:45 and started to wait. I asked the front desk at 11:08 when my turn is since I had another appointment later and she said another 20-30mins. Finally, I saw the doctor at 11:47. The doctor is nice but the wait time is too long.

Initial appointment and annual checkup: Dr. Meller was very personable and say down with me to get a full family history and responded comprehensively to all my concerns and questions. During the check -up, she was gentle, explained her actionsas she did them, and had nice bedside manner. I'm excited to call her my new internist! Though, her receptionist staff could be a but more welcoming and have less attitude when checking in patients.

I've seen Dr. Meller 4-5 times and she's amazing; I'm trying to find a way to stay with her even though I've moved pretty far away. Her bedside manner is amazing. The first time I went to her, I told herthat I hadn't been to a doctor for like 10+ years, and her attitude was -- well you're here now, we'll take care of you -- instead of making me feel uncomfortable. She is very thorough in her exam, though will speed it along if something hurts etc. She is incredibly easy to talk to about everything -- even when you just meet her; for first time patients, she meets with you in her office first and then in the exam room and subsequent times you see her in the exam room followed by her office later on to get directions. But in any event -- you can talk to her anywhere for any length of time and she doesn't rush you along. She's very much in tune to her patients. I was there for a sick visit a few times, and even when I said I was fine -- she looked at my face and said -- you look uncomfortable, let's prescribe x for the pain, even if you don't feel like you need it. Can't say enough about her -- smart and excellent judgment, but also unbelievably kind and so easy to relate to (esp given that she's a woman who is probably only 5-10 yrs older than me).

Dr. Meller is a very thorough doctor who will not leave any stone unturned when trying to diagnose your ailment. I went in this time for my annual physical, but I've seen her for acute illness and long-term symptoms, and shehas been great under every circumstance. She is always friendly, and will sit with you after your examination to review your results and options. I've been seeing her for the past four years or so, and personally find her to be one of the best PCPs that I have ever had.
