“All employees at The Halper Family Medicine office in Bayport were welcoming, professional, courteous and respectful. The PA, Jennifer Robinson was very knowledgable, professional, attentive and pleasant. My visit went fast, on time and all my questions were answered. I was explained about getting results and needs for follow up care visit. The office part (waiting room, restrooms, exam rooms) were clean and organized. Emily who took my vitals and prepped for the PA was super nice, attentive and pleasant. This medical group is equipped in EKG machines so it can be done on the spot.
I highly recommend the Halper Family Medicine in Bayport. Before the appt I was reminded by email and text about my appt. ”

About Jennifer Robinson
My name is Jennifer Robinson, and I have been a board-certified Family Practice Physician Assistant for 18 years. I graduated from Long Island University, Brookville, in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in biology. I then attended the New York Institute of Technology, where I earned my Master's in Physician Assistant Studies in 2001.
With a strong passion for health and wellness, I desired to broaden my scope of knowledge by training with board-certified doctors and clinicians in the fields of Anti-aging (the early detection, prevention, treatment, and reversal of age-related dysfunction, disorders, and disease) and Functional Medicine (an approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root of the problem). I truly believe the key to good health is treating the body as a whole. I strive to treat my patients as the individuals they are. No two patients are the same, and in believing that, I provide my patients with care specific to their physical, emotional, chemical, nutritional, and hormonal needs. The key to giving the best care to each of my patients is based on two very important skills: one is to listen; the other is to ask the right questions. My goal is to diagnose and treat the ailment, not just put a bandage on the symptoms.
