About Dr. Jennine Morgan Earnhardt
A family-focused chiropractor providing high-quality care to individuals and families in the DFW metroplex.
At KinActive Health, my practice centers on family wellness, including pre-natal, perinatal, and pediatric chiropractic care from birth through adolescence. I am a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University, where I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of New England, Biddeford. I am also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and Webster Certified. The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic method for assessing and treating pregnant women.
Our clinic offers a family-friendly environment with private treatment rooms and a separate nursing room for breastfeeding mothers. I use a multi-treatment approach to physical health and wellness that includes traditional ‘hands-on’ manual adjustments or an instrument-assisted technique for patients who prefer a gentler approach without the ‘popping’ sound. I also incorporate trigger point dry needling and cupping therapy to address muscle tension and pain.
KinActive Health does not contract with medical insurance carriers but can accept payments from FSA and HSA accounts.

Dr. Morgan and her staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and able to address any need that their clients come in with. She adjusts our sessions based on what I’m feeling that day and gives me advice and exercises to help me improve inside and outside of our visits. Went in with severe back pain - after about 5-6 questions and some back cracking I was sent to the work out area where I was stretching and doing other exercises and instructions on how to stretch at home. After a few days of no improvement I went to a sports medicine doctor where I was told I had a torn muscle and the remedy was rest only - no stretching. I think some more questions and an actual exam would have helped instead of jumping right into the cracking part/
