About Jenny Anthony
Jenny is a registered dietitian with a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and a Master’s in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University, where she also completed her Internship in Dietetics. She believes in a holistic approach to health and has helped people manage their nutrition and weight through some of the most critical times of their lives. She has worked with conditions including pregnancy, postpartum, poor weight gain, feeding difficulties, gastrointestinal disease, congenital heart disease, transplant, and inborn errors of metabolism. She loves working with children and adults alike and believes there is something to learn from every client she meets.

Jenny strives to be a good listener and understand her clients' goals and struggles. She aims to provide easy-to-follow plans, helping her clients navigate through barriers along the way.

During the first session, Jenny will work to gain a good understanding of your health history, current status, and goals. She wants to answer all your nutrition questions and begin working on ideas of how she can help you reach your goals. She loves her clients to be engaged and involved with their health journey.
