Meet Jenny Brady, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC Your partner in mental wellness Jenny Brady is passionate about helping individuals build mental clarity, strength, and resilience. Her integrated, person-centered approach is designed to meet you exactly where you are—no matter your starting point—so you can move toward your best possible mental health. Jenny believes in working with you, not just for you. She takes the time to truly listen, understand your concerns, and create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and comfort level. Together, you’ll explore effective, evidence-based options to support lasting well-being. She specializes in treating a variety of conditions, including: • ADHD/ADD • Anxiety & depression • PTSD & mood disorders • Bereavement • Body dysmorphia • Gender dysphoria Jenny also offers neurocognitive assessments (including ADHD screening), GeneSight genetic testing, and bariatric evaluations. Jenny began her career in nursing in 2001 and has built a strong foundation in both primary and mental health care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2013, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - training that continues to inform her holistic view of patient care. She went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Grand Canyon University in 2017. In 2022, driven by a growing passion for mental health, she earned her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification from Frontier Nursing University. Empathetic, experienced, and deeply committed, Jenny is here to help you feel better, think clearer, and live more fully.
